  • Best of Bedretto ❄️🌲

    Ticino is getting fresh snow right now, and Wednesday promises plenty of sunshine. We’ll head to Bedretto and choose the best tour of the day, enjoying its beautiful forests and wide, open slopes. If conditions allow, we might even aim for a summit — but the priority is great skiing first. 🏋 Fitness: Medium, ca. 1200m climbing ⚙️ Technical: Intermediate - Advanced (we don't need to go too crazy early season) 🎯 Meeting Point: Airolo, 09.00.   • Tour du Soleil | Haute Route

    ⚙️ Level: Advanced 🏋️ Fitness: Up to 1500m elevation per day Day 1: Travel to Binn - Binntalhutte. 🎯 Meeting point 9.30 in Binn. We make a gear check, and begin the 800m ascent up to Binntalhutte. Depending on the conditions (of our legs) and the snow we have some options to drop our gear at the hutte and make a short ski tour above the hutte. Day 2: Binntalhutte - Refugio Claudio e Bruno We start early and ascend the the steepening slopes up the the Eggerscharte, where after a short boot pack we enter Itally. From there its 400m up to the Ofenhorn at 3235m A beautiful north side glacier descent brings us down to Lago del Sabbione. After a short break to savor the long descent, we mount the skins and make one last 250m ascent up to the Refugio Claudio e Bruno (2708m) where a well earned apero awaits us! Day 3: Refugio Claudio e Bruno - Cappana Corno-Gries We begin our descent right our of the hut, climbing the south flank of the Blinnenhorn up over the Rothornpass onto the Griesgletscher. From here its a “Cats Hop” up onto the Blinnenhorn 3374m. After a well earned break to enjoy the views over Switzerland and Itally we begin the never ending descent of the Griesgletscher back into Switzlerland. A short ascent up to eh Cornopass brings the Capanna Corno-Greis into view. If the legs are still giving power we can make a short climb up to the Grieshorn before descending to the Hutte. Day 4: Capanna Corno-Greis - Home We have options! Depending on the conditions, and the wishes of the group we can make a smaller ski tour in the Val Bedretto, arriving at Al Acqua, and the bus back to Airolo and home on the famous SBB Gotthard route.     ⚙️ Level: Advanced to Expert 🏋️ Fitness: Up to 1500m elevation per day Val Bedretto, Val di Peccia and Val Bavona – Discover the wild sides! Couloirs, trees, and wild descents. Its not your average tour. Day 1: Warm up tour Val Bedretto. 🎯 Meeting Point: 9.30 All’Acqua Restaurant. We evaluate the current conditions and make a warm up ski tour, focused on the best descents with the conditions. There are endless possibilities for great skiing off the “normal routes” Day 2: All’Acqua – Christalina Hut We get an early start out of the valley and make our way up to the Passo della Cima di Lago. Depending on the conditions we have many options to “spice things up a bit” ;-) Day 3: Christalina Hut – Basodino We leave the hut early and head farther south into the upper reaches of the Val di Peccia, and Val Bavona. Possiblbe Summits, Christalina, Mottone, Poncione di Braga. After a long day we reach the Capanna Basodino, and enjoy some of the finest Ticino meats and cheezes. Day 4: Capanna Basodino - Bedretto Options are endless, from the classic “Canalone del Marchhorn” to other less know “sneak throughs” we will find an exciting way to finish the tour.   • Bergseeschijen South Ridge, 4c

    The Bergseeschijen is a prime destination for rock climbers seeking moderate multi-pitch routes (4a-4c) without compromising on quality or alpine ambiance. The South Ridge offers stunning slab climbing, classic alpine terrain, and grippy cracks to finnish. All above the magnificent Goescheneralp lake. Technical Level: - Experience in multi-pitch climbing (climbing, belaying, rappelling) - You can follow 5a outdoors and can belay safely. - Fitness for 5-7 hours of climbing plus 1.5 hour approach and 1.5 hour descent.   • Galenstock South East Spur, WS

    The Galenstock towers high above the Furka Pass and offers with its compact granite and snow ridge a truly magnificent alpine tour. A journey which has everything a mountaineer's heart desires and it can compete with many well-known 4000m peaks. On the first day we walk up to the small and very nice situated Sidelenhut. A rather short hike from the road and therefore enough time to enjoy some cake at the hut and do some warm up climbing and training close by the hut. On the second day we start with head torches over the Sidelen glacier, followed by beautiful climbing on the spur and a steep snowy ridge to the top, where you enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valais and Bernese Alps. The descent involves some exciting abseiling back to the glacier. One of the most rewarding high-altitude tours in the Uri Alps.     We all know it: once you say „droppin“ its game on and you wanna have the right setting in your head! This course is not for everyone, but it might be for you! Flip it or Skip it. That's Clint’s motto! Take your freeriding to the next level with coaching from our legendary Guide Clint, a Freeride / Freestyle master. Learn how to read the mountain, visualize your line, and ski it with technique and style. With a background in Freestyle Competition Clint can give you effective coaching on how to control your body in the air, which can be helpful to ride big lines, where you might jump over a cliff. But also if you rather stay on your feet, this course is a next step for riding big lines with a focus on the mental side. ⚙️ Level: Advance - Expert, comfortable skiing 40 degree faces in most conditions.     ⚙️ Level: Advanced to Expert. Descents up to 40° in good conditions. Moderate mountaineering skills (crampons and ice axe). 🏋️ Fitness: Up to 1500m elevation per day. Day 1 – From Realp to the Albert-Heim Hut After a welcome coffee in Andermatt, we send our luggage ahead to Engelberg and take the train to Realp. From there, we begin our ascent on skis, hiking over the Schafberg to the cosy Albert-Heim Hut. Day 2 – Over the Lochberg to Göscheneralp A short descent starts the day, followed by a scenic climb toward the Lochberg. Surrounded by dramatic granite peaks, we reach the summit with crampons and ice axe. A beautiful descent takes us down to the Göscheneralp and our warm, welcoming inn in Gwüest – with hot showers, comfy beds, and Wi-Fi. Day 3 – Deep into the Voralp Valley The day begins with a fun snowmobile tow to the dam. Then we skin up toward the Schinstock area and climb one of its steep couloirs using crampons and ice axe. A quiet, broad valley opens up on the far side, leading to a long descent deep into the Voralp Valley. We end the day at the rustic Voralp Hut. Day 4 – The King Stage over the Sustenhorn This is the queen stage: a long, breathtaking journey to the summit of the 3,502 m Sustenhorn. Depending on conditions, we choose the safest ascent line, with a steep final section tackled on foot. A grand glacier descent brings us to the Susten Pass and a well-earned night in a comfortable hotel with all the amenities. Day 5 – Final Descent to Engelberg An early start leads us into beautiful high alpine terrain toward the Fünffingerstock. The final climb is steep, but rewards us with stunning views. We enjoy a long descent across the remote Wendengletscher, pass the Grassen bivouac, and finish with a fantastic run into the Engelberg valley.   • Salbitschijen South Ridge, 5c

    The Salbit South Ridge is famous worldwide for a reason. A classic granite ridge climb on perfect granite, high exposure, and an improbable summit needle, this climb has it all. If you think you can handle18 pitches, this should be in your bucket list! You'll have a blast climbing up cracks, slabs, and corners. On the first day we walk up to the beautiful Salbit hut where we enjoy a good cup of coffee and fuel up with a cake before we do some warm-up climbing just behind the hut. On the second day we start early and head up to the start of our long on beautiful climb. The tour leads over the towers of the south ridge with several rappels. The last pitch up the iconic needle is something you will not forget easily. After that it's time for a hike down to the hut and a refreshment before going back down the valley.     Starting from 3000m we ski off the backside of the Gemsstock and begin ski touring from there. This course is made for people who already have some experience in freeriding and ski touring and like to ski more technical terrain. We learn how to plan a line, minimize risks and of course enjoy some great descents. The goal: Finding the best descents with short ascents!     2 days of challenging skiing. This course is designed to improve your skills and confidence skiing steep technical descents. The main focus is on learning skills and tactics. We will choose the runs depending on the group and conditions.
