who we are.
Dan Loutrel
Mountain Guide
Founder and Head of Andermatt Guides. American with a swiss pass, passionate about whatever he does, be it sailing around the world, renovating a house or skiing. It’s never boring with Dan. He also like to talk a lot, deep pow, deep talk. You may be wiser after a day of skiing with Dan... or not.
Karin Isaksson Zgraggen
Mountain Guide
Born in Uri but living part time in Sweden, that’s why she speaks the nordic language as fluently as she makes beautiful turns in fresh powder. Always happy, she’s the reason why we can provide sunshine even on cloudy days.
Aaron Coulin
Mountain Guide
The double A here is important, although we don’t hesitate to give him triple A Status. Since he lives in Olten, he is an expert for fog and finds his way through the whiteout as precisely as a F-35 fighter jet striking the pitch black night.
Dominik Osswald
Mountain Guide
He has a dog, that’s why we call him Domidog. He grew up in Basel, but he is not a hooligan. He used to be geologist, then journalist, then mountainguide. Keep moving.
Clint Christen
Aspirant Guide
He grew up in the US and moved to Andermatt some decades ago. He changed his last name from Eastwood to Christen for privacy reasons. But he is our star anyway since he can perform a more than proper backflip. „Flip it or skip it“ - that’s his motto.
Severin Karrer
Mountain Guide
He also grew up in Basel. He is also not a hooligan. He is even becoming a school teacher someday.
Walter Fetscher
Mountain Guide
True urner granite - just solid. And his last name rimes on „Gletscher“ (glacier). How much more mountain can it get?!
