STEEP SKIING COURSE ANDERMATT 🎯 Learning Objectives This course is designed for advanced skiers who want to improve confidence and technical control in steep alpine terrain. Focus is on precise technique, smart line choice and safe movement in exposed slopes. Andermatt offers steep couloirs, alpine faces and changing snow conditions, creating a perfect natural training ground for real steep skiing scenarios.  – Terrain assessment and line choice
 – Controlled skiing in steeper terrain depending on conditions
 – Cable car access and short ascents if required Day 2 – Advanced steep skiing tactics
 – Application in complex terrain 
– Managing exposure, speed and snow conditions
 – Guided descents with coaching 💪 Requirements Fitness – Advanced level
 – Up to 700m ascent per day Technical Requirements – Advanced to expert skier
 – Comfortable in 40° terrain, up to 45° in good conditions
 – Strong off-piste experience 🎿 Equipment – Off-piste skis with skins (max 105mm waist)
 – Ski crampons
 – Avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe 
– Backpack, water, snack
 – Harness with carabiner and rappel device
 – Helmet and airbag recommended
 – Crampons and ice axe if available 📍 Meeting Point 08:30 at Imholz Sport, Gemsstock cable car base station, Andermatt. Rental equipment available at Imholz Sport Andermatt. ✅ Included in the Price – 2 days guiding in small group (3–4 participants) by UIAGM mountain guide or aspirant guide
